US Tax Documentation Manager
Join Barclays as a US Tax Documentation Manager, where you will have the chance to ensure accurate and timely validation of client tax documentation. In this role, you will actively monitor changes in client circumstances and manage the renewal process. This position supports Barclays’ compliance with evolving US IRS tax regulations, helping the firm stay aligned with current requirements. You will help mitigate operational and regulatory risks, contributing to the overall integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the bank’s tax reporting and client onboarding processes.
To be successful as a US Tax Documentation Manager, you should have:
- Basic understanding of US IRS Ch3, 61 tax regime, familiarity with W8/ W9 tax form validation
- Ability to interpret client tax documentation, withholding, reporting issues, identify risks and able to problem-solve
- Good communication skills, and stakeholder management with both internal and external client

Minimum Salary: $70,000
Maximum Salary: $140,000
