Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. This project focuses on UI/UX evaluation and enhancement for advanced AI training and assessment initiatives with our customer's team.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design, review, and critique intuitive user experiences and interfaces across a variety of digital platforms.</li><li>Evaluate the usability and functionality of AI-driven products, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and test design concepts for AI training interfaces.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.</li><li>Document and communicate design decisions clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.</li><li>Participate in the iterative design and evaluation process, incorporating data-driven insights and user feedback.</li><li>Uphold industry best practices for UI/UX standards, accessibility, and responsive design.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills And Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven track record as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design for web and/or mobile applications.</li><li>Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</li><li>Deep understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies.</li><li>Ability to synthesize feedback and adapt designs quickly to evolving requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with accessible and inclusive design principles.</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in solving design challenges.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.</li><li>Background in training, evaluating, or designing for AI-driven interfaces.</li><li>Comfort in fast-paced, collaborative remote work environments.</li></ul>
