Training Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop engaging learning experiences by producing high quality training content
  • Create industry leading training materials leveraging creative software suites
  • Conduct needs analysis with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Develop and deliver creative programs for all levels of employees
  • Schedule and lead training sessions with key stakeholders
  • Maintain compliant training programs to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Training and Development, Educational Technology, or related field
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Ability to develop a vision for adopting emerging educational technologies
  • Knowledge of current practices in technology-based learning systems
  • Excellent knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation style communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a customer focus and achieve learning goals
