Trade Compliance Analyst

This role combines hands on compliance execution with analytical oversight to validate import transactions, monitor compliance data, and identify improvement opportunities. The Analyst works closely with Customs Brokers, internal business partners, and Trade Compliance leadership to manage trade programs, post‑entry activity, reporting, and data integrity, supporting a classifications and Country of Origin using rules of origin, technical drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing processes and supplier documentation to support determinations. </span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Maintain and support tariff and trade remedy sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Oversee Customs Broker entry activity, including entry validation, post‑entry reviews (PSC/PEA), Assist declarations, USMCA claims, annual value reconciliation, and corrective actions in support of audit readiness.</span></li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Maintain import records in accordance with regulatory recordkeeping requirements and support audit readiness through style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Analyze and reconcile ACE reports and other import compliance data to identify trends, recurring errors, or control gaps and recommend process style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">5+ years of experience in import trade compliance, customs operations, or trade compliance analysis.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Proven experience in HTS, COO determinations, trade remedy programs, and post</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Cambria Math', serif">‑</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">entry activities.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, tariffs,
