Tech Business Developer III, Hub Delivery

DESCRIPTION

Hub Delivery is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive program adoption and develop our overall go to market strategy in Canada. This role will play a very important mission by earning trust and developing our overall go to market strategy. The objective is to build and maintain a scalable, multi-channel sales strategy to recruit new business partners. You will build our sales strategy and foster strong partnerships with local community leaders along with our operational teams.

The individual must be a strong sales leader and experienced in managing a rapidly growing organization, calling upon their experiences in sales processes, must be a deal maker and analytics to assist in building a sales operation team. The individual will own a growing territory in developing and executing a plan to acquire new partners.

The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will be comfortable in executing repeatable processes and working by objectives.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs), fostering strong field sales performance, compliance, and capability building for Canada.
  • Lead country-wide acquisition and expansion strategy, ensuring sustainable growth by developing and executing territory-specific recruitment strategies based on local market insight
  • Drive partner acquisition through community leader referrals and local event management
  • Track and optimize sales performance metrics daily
  • Establish and implement best practices for pipeline management and relationship cultivation
  • Create and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Set proper expectations with applicants to ensure successful program adoption
  • Partner with internal teams to facilitate solutions and improve partner experience
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance network efficiency
  • Manage pipeline and performance tracking through Salesforce, including custom reporting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
