We are looking for a self-driven, hands-on strategic paid marketer who understands what it takes to build and scale global paid search strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting paid search KPIs and campaigns, while being hands-on, as well as a strategic eye and ability to lead a team.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of paid search managers ensuring they are successful and growing in their roles and hitting their KPIs.</li><li>Be the expert in global Paid Search channels and train their team to be better at their jobs as functional and regional experts within the owned channels.</li><li>Responsible for the overall ownership and operations of Paid Search campaigns and activity for Deel.</li><li>Ensures all of team's platforms are already set up for success without missing any products, campaigns, or ads.
