As a Life Sciences R&D Manager, you will:

  • Develop and drive high-impact, strategic insights that solve complex business challenges for clients across the Life Sciences R&D value chain

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver tailored strategic and transformation solutions across research, clinical development, regulatory, safety / pharmacovigilance and adjacent R&D domains

  • Assess clients’ current R&D strategies, processes, operating models and technology landscape, and advise on how to shape next-generation capabilities to become more data-driven and AI-enabled organisations

  • Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and guiding them through pivotal decision-making processes

  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, contributing to proposals and helping build a strong pipeline of Life Sciences R&D work

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across functions, fostering relationships that promote knowledge sharing and support for client delivery and growth
