Strategic Partner Lead - OEM and Neoclouds

Description:

  • Build strategic partnership plans and executive relationships with OEMs and neocloud providers.
  • Identify and develop revenue-generating partnerships with companies such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, CoreWeave, Lambda, and Nebius.
  • Negotiate and enhance partnership agreements and contracts to align with company interests.
  • Develop differentiated offerings that bring Mistral products and models to market through partners.
  • Create and execute global and regional partnership plans to drive pipeline and co-selling activities.
  • Own partnership outcomes across financial results, co-sell, technical integrations, joint marketing, governance, reporting, and executive engagement.
  • Execute OEM and neocloud go-to-market plans to deliver pipeline and revenue results.
  • Serve as an escalation point to resolve field conflicts and partner issues.
  • Lead partnership performance analysis, including financial results, metrics, and insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to improve customer experience and advance opportunities to close.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in go-to-market roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales roles.
  • Knowledge of the NVIDIA partner ecosystem and the sales motion between NVIDIA, OEMs, and neocloud partners.
  • Strong network within OEM and neocloud partners at a global level preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the technology or software industry, with a focus on AI infrastructure and partnerships.
  • Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor partnership performance and provide actionable insights.
