display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">workflows  </span></li></ul><p>Required Qualifications </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field  </li></ul><ul><li>10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, interface development, or systems integration.</li><li>7+ years of hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x, HL7 FHIR, X12, or other healthcare messaging standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x messaging standards (ADT, ORU, ORM, etc.)  </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with FHIR APIs and modern interoperability <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">frameworks  </span></li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with integration engines (Mirth Connect <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">preferred)  </span></li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or similar scripting <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">languages  </span></li></ul><ul><li>Experience with XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs  </li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical data  </li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications </p><ul><li>Experience with HL7 v3, CDA/CCD <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
