We are seeking a Senior Specialist Software Engineer with strong hands-on development experience, modern engineering skills, and practical AI exposure to design, build, and enhance enterprise software solutions. This role will be responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality applications, modernizing engineering practices, and helping the organization apply AI-driven capabilities to improve automation, quality, and delivery speed. The ideal candidate brings deep software engineering expertise across backend development, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deliver APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
- Own end-to-end development across the full lifecycle
- Drive modernization (API-first, cloud, containers)
- Design and implement agentic AI systems for autonomous workflows and decision-making
- Build and integrate AI agents (LLM-based or hybrid) into enterprise use cases (automation, orchestration, defect resolution)
- Leverage frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar
- Develop RAG pipelines, vector-backed solutions, and knowledge-grounded systems
- Build capabilities for context management, memory, and orchestration layers
- Enable human-in-the-loop workflows for governance and continuous learning
- Ensure observability, guardrails, and performance optimization (latency, cost, reliability)
- Build scalable, secure, and observable system integrations
- Drive code quality, CI/CD, and operational excellence
