Strong judgment on when to lead directly, when to influence, and when to enable partner teams to own execution.
Effective communicator who can work fluidly from detailed execution discussions to senior leadership updates.
Skilled at navigating the intersection of governance, policy, operations, customer experience, and technical delivery.
