But for those motivated by continual change and ambiguity, by superior leadership, by whip smart colleagues who will press you daily for your very best, you’ll find that virtually nothing’s impossible at Ulta Beauty.<br><br><strong>COMPANY:</strong> Ulta Beauty Credit Services Corporation<br><br><strong>LOCATION:</strong> 1000 Remington Blvd., Suite 120, Bolingbrook, IL 60440<br><br><strong>TITLE:</strong> Sr IT Engineer – Business Process Automation<br><br><strong>HOURS:</strong> Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm<br><br><strong>DUTIES:</strong> Work with stakeholders in the Continuous Improvement, Business, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, assess ROI, and document existing operational processes with a goal to re-engineer and optimize via automation.<br><br>Conduct sessions with subject matter experts to define requirements, design automations, and identify operational impacts of automations.<br><br>Assist in onboarding new technical members to the automation team and provide ongoing mentoring to junior members.<br><br>Identify opportunities for improvements in existing automation technology and delivery processes.<br><br>Fine tune performance and optimize new and existing automations.<br><br>Adhere to establish support, migration, and change management processes for automations.<br><br>Participate in team sessions to review automation implementation artifacts and documentation.<br><br>Provide second level of support to other teams implementing business process automations.<br><br>Keep up to date on the latest technology trends related to software development, infrastructure automation, and business process automation.<br><br>Help to define and document standards, processes, policies, and best practices for business process automation.<br><br>Provide business process automation expertise consulting services to internal teams.<br><br>Minimal Travel (training or conferences only).<br><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related.<br><br>Five (5) years in any occupation with IT engineering experience, including application development and building automation solutions.<br><br>Five (5) years of in any occupation with IT engineering experience, including application development and building automation solutions must include: Experience in one or more Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as Blue Prism or UiPath; AI/ML solutions available on public cloud services; BPM or workflow orchestration tool such as Blueworks Live or Pega; Low code application platform such as Appian or PEGA RPA; and Python coding or scripting.<br><br><strong>TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE:</strong> Reports to company headquarters in Bolingbrook, IL. Can work remotely or telecommute up to 100%.<br><br><strong>SALARY</strong>: $153,317 - $154,317 per year<br><br><strong>APPLY: </strong> pay range for this position is $153,317.00 - $154,317.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan.
