Sr. Commercial Operations Data Visualization & Analytics Leader

As the Sr. Commercial Operations Data Visualization & Analytics leader, you will be part of the team focused on driving breakthrough capability for the commercial deal factory proposal process. This role will lead the optimization of the commercial deal factory capacity planning process using data to more efficiently deploy global capacity and predict customer demand.<br>Responsibilities<br>Partner with cross‑functional teams to utilize system data to assess factory "health" and create enhanced visualizations for strategic action taking<br>Collaborate with global commercial operations teams on re‑defining how we align capacity to demand and develop standard work and training toward one‑piece flow<br>Own target to improve (TTI) performance measure, develop an action plan and problem‑solve<br>Partner with Sales Operations team on building a rolling global demand forecast for proposals<br>Translate complex data into meaningful, consumable insights with clear intent and call to action<br>Work with cross‑functional teams to develop skill building plans to systemically shift capacity expertise<br>Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Flight Deck, Data Management, and functional teams, to utilize data and data visualization to drive decision‑making and innovation<br>Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices in data and visualization strategy<br>Support the broader Customer‑Driven initiatives as needed<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college<br>Minimum of 5 years of work experience within commercial, supply chain, data analytics or related field<br>Proven experience in data strategy, data management, analytics, and data process flow<br>UK Candidates Additional Requirements<br>Significant experience within commercial, supply chain, data analytics or related field<br>Proven experience in data strategy, data management, analytics, and data process flow<br>Desired Characteristics<br>Self‑starter, catalyst for change and thrives in ambiguity and shaping structure<br>Understanding of commercial transactional processes or experience with demand and capacity planning/forecasting<br>Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making<br>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to implement change<br>Strong communication and project management skills<br>Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders<br>Experience working with Salesforce.com<br>Experience with Business Intelligence or Data Visualization tools (ex.
