What To Expect Tesla is seeking an Operations Technician to join our Special Operations team - a high-performing group dedicated to troubleshooting, maintaining, and deploying Tesla's mobile Supercharger stations and Mobile Megapack systems. You will diagnose and resolve complex, critical electrical issues in field environments, often with short notice. This role is 80% travel. You'll be deployed across the U.S. and globally, supporting critical operations from remote sites to urban hubs. Holiday work is required, as you'll be part of the team that keeps Tesla's systems running during peak travel times.
