Serving as the primary day‑to‑day liaison between Solve Studio and internal business partners, acting as both a strategic marketing advisor and delivery lead. This role ensures marketing initiatives are accurately scoped, strategically aligned to business objectives and executed with excellence.

As a trusted consultant, the Strategic Account Lead brings strong marketing acumen to help shape campaign thinking, not just manage requests, while also owning key project management responsibilities to ensure work moves efficiently from brief to delivery.

  • *Client Partnership & Strategic Leadership
  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for internal business units, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted marketing advisor, not just a service lead.
  • Consult with partners on campaign strategy, channel approach, messaging and sequencing to ensure initiatives are grounded in sound marketing thinking.
  • Ensure campaign assets and marketing initiatives align with business objectives, brand strategy, and SolveStudio’s strategic direction.
  • Champion SolveStudio’s value proposition by moving conversations beyond execution to clearly define what we’re solving for and the impact we want to achieve.
  • *Account Leadership & Project Management
  • Partner closely with Solve Studio pillar leads and strategy teams on briefs, work sessions, and presentations for Tier 1 initiatives.
  • Lead account management for Tier 2 and Tier 3 programs, owning scope, timelines, and delivery in close collaboration with creative, strategy and production teams.
  • Translate business and marketing briefs into clear, actionable plans; ensure briefs are complete, focused and strategically sound before creative work begins.
  • Assume hands‑on project management responsibilities where dedicated PM support is not available, including:
  • Developing and maintaining project plans and timelines
  • Coordinating inputs, reviews, and approvals
  • Managing dependencies, risks, and scope changes
  • Influence realistic timelines and deliverables based on project complexity, scope, and resource availability.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep work moving forward.
  • Maintain project budget integrity, tracking and forecasting.
  • Report on project performance, client satisfaction, risks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, or integrated campaign leadership.
