Lightmare Studios is an Australian Video Game Studio and Academy that has supported young people and those living with a disability to learn social skills and game development for over 16 years. We offer a meaningful space for those living with a disability and collectable card gamers to learn, play & collaborate over strategy game development & social games. We constantly support others in obtaining the experience and skills they need, devotion to our card game products that most resonate, and having an engaging and epic time along the way. We're looking for passionate gamers who have excellent people skills to become Support Workers in our programs. Your daily activities can include but aren't limited to:

  • Playing games our participants want to play with them.
  • Notetaking on participants' behaviour.
  • Game testing our products and submitting bug reports.
  • Supporting other staff in their service delivery.
Our current hours of operation are:

12:30pm-3:30pm & 5:30pm-8:30pm AEDT Monday

5:30pm-8:30pm AEDT Tues, Weds, Thurs, Friday & Saturday

8:30pm-11:30pm Friday

You need to have a PC or laptop capable of smoothly playing Fortnite and be available to work at least three of the eight available times per week, preferably as many as possible.
