The ideal candidate should be able to work with business stakeholders as well as technical teams and have experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, or CSM. The role may involve traditional ServiceNow development as well as Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and AI-driven workflow automation.
