Provide technical support to end users. Maintain and oversee installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end users Workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices, as well as manage calls logged at the Support Desk ensuring timely resolution in accordance with the agreed SLA\'s. Be a point of escalation for first line support calls.
