<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Senior Wealth Advisor on the Mariner Ultra team, you will lead relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families, delivering highly customized, integrated advice across complex financial situations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will work within a team-based model, partnering with internal specialists to develop and deliver thoughtful recommendations that reflect the full scope of each client’s financial life.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is focused on advice quality, depth, and complexity—not sales production or high client volume. This role is built for advisors who want to go deep, not wide.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families and serve as the primary point of accountability </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run client conversations that go beyond portfolios—estate structures, tax strategy, and family dynamics are core to the work </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Navigate complex planning scenarios, including:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Liquidity events</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Concentrated positions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Trust design</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Business succession</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate across internal specialists (estate, tax, investments, and family office services) to deliver integrated recommendations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the quality and clarity of advice delivered to clients </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentor support advisors by showing them how to think through complexity, not just execute tasks </p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor’s degree required</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">10+ years’ experience working in a financial planning, accounting, legal or other organization that provides relevant experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Series 65, CFP or CFA required</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Skills And Knowledge</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working directly with $25M+ client households, ideally higher </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep expertise in comprehensive planning across investments, tax, and estate strategy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-stakes situations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication skills; able to translate complex strategies into clear client guidance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High attention to detail with strong critical thinking skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborative mindset; comfortable working with and relying on specialized teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated ability to build trust with ultra-high-net-worth clients</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Note: All Senior Wealth Advisors must have a clean U4 with no disclosures.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">#LI-TH1</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We welcome your interest in being a part of our firm.
