AutomationFix, a growing HubSpot and Salesforce managed service provider based in the US, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for a certified Salesforce professional ready to take ownership of complex client builds, deepen their expertise, and advance their CRM career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll leverage your experience and certifications to design, build, and maintain Salesforce orgs across our diverse client base. This role is designed for a confident administrator who can own technical decisions, lead Flow development, and deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll work directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and hands-on implementation, while gaining exposure to a wide variety of industries and use cases.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain client Salesforce orgs, applying best practices for data management, security, system configuration, and platform optimization.
  • Flow Development: Design and build Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, and Autolaunched), validation rules, and other declarative automations to meet client requirements.
  • Client Interaction and Relationship Building: Conduct regular client communications via Slack and scheduled meetings, strengthening your client management and consulting skills.
  • Project Management: Utilize ClickUp to manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and organized task management across multiple client accounts.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions, including custom objects, automations, integrations, and reporting, drawing on your experience to deliver real results.
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and technical support, applying your problem-solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in weekly client calls to review progress, plan upcoming tasks, and contribute to strategic CRM planning discussions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Active Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification required.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Scheduled).
  • Proficiency with validation rules, formula fields, custom objects, and declarative automation.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud; working knowledge of Service Cloud or other Salesforce products is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
  • Experience with project management software, preferably ClickUp.
