The company provides large organizations with advanced AI-powered solutions that enable them to access, analyze, and derive value from their data.</p><p>We are looking to strengthen our team to support the growth of ArgoNOS and Sinequa, our two flagship Data & AI solutions.</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to contribute to the success of our strategic offerings. You will join a dynamic and ambitious team at the forefront of innovation, working closely with our Product, Marketing, and Partner teams.</p><h5>Responsibilities</h5><ul><li><p>Define and drive the commercial strategy across the assigned territories: Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Nordic countries.</p></li><li><p>Work across multiple industry verticals, including Manufacturing, Banking & Private Equity, Life Sciences, and Automotive.</p></li><li><p>Identify and develop business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.</p></li><li><p>Actively contribute to the development of sales messaging, industry events, and market awareness initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Manage existing strategic accounts in Life Sciences, Automotive, and Manufacturing/Industrial sectors.</p></li><li><p>Provide regular reporting to sales leadership and contribute to the strategic roadmap.</p></li></ul><h5>Candidate Profile</h5><ul><li><p>Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university degree).</p></li><li><p>At least 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong focus on large accounts and significant international exposure.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in complex B2B sales.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in German and English is mandatory.</p></li><li><p>French language proficiency is a plus.</p></li></ul><h5>Diversity & Inclusion</h5><p>ChapsVision is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and evaluates all applications based on individual skills and qualifications.</p><p>For the sake of readability, gender-inclusive writing has not been used in this job posting.
