Within our Conversation Product Area, we’re creating the platform that powers intelligent, interactive experiences across Spotify.<br>In this role, you’ll lead the Agent Platform – the foundation behind experiences like AI DJ, Prompted Playlists, and integrations with partners such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Alexa. You’ll help bring these systems together into a unified platform that enables teams across Spotify to build consistent, high‑quality conversational experiences.<br>What You’ll Do<br>Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agent Platform that powers conversational experiences across Spotify<br>Build a unified platform that supports features like AI DJ, Search, Prompted Playlists, and partner integrations<br>Work closely with internal engineering teams to understand their needs and improve how they build and scale agent‑based experiences<br>Shape the tools, capabilities, and integrations the platform provides, balancing immediate product needs with long‑term scalability<br>Define and track metrics that measure agent performance, including quality, reliability, latency, and cost<br>Partner with engineering, design, and product leaders to align priorities and deliver on shared goals<br>Ensure strong observability, evaluation, and monitoring capabilities are built into the platform<br>Stay up to date with advances in AI and conversational systems, and apply those insights to evolve the platform<br>Who You Are<br>You have 6+ years of product management experience, including work on platform, infrastructure, or developer‑focused products<br>You have experience working with AI or machine learning products, such as LLM‑based systems or conversational experiences<br>You are comfortable engaging in technical discussions and making trade‑offs between different system designs<br>You have experience working across teams and aligning stakeholders in complex, evolving environments<br>You think deeply about developer experience and care about building tools that help others move faster<br>You are comfortable working in ambiguity and helping shape product direction while delivering results<br>You communicate clearly and can translate complex technical ideas into simple, compelling narratives<br>You have experience with evaluation systems, agent frameworks, or similar technologies, or you’re excited to learn<br>Where You’ll Be<br>This role is based in London or Stockholm<br>We offer flexibility to work from home, with some in‑person meetings as needed<br>Spotify is an equal‑opportunity employer.
