You will own high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from defining strategy and roadmap to execution and post-launch optimization. You will drive cross-functional alignment, lead complex initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and long-term platform scalability. You will monitor product performance and feedback, oversee robust quality assurance processes, and remove roadblocks that impact customer growth and retention. You will work closely with internal team members including account managers, onboarding associates, engineering, data, design, and support. You will also build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including veterinary clinics and pet parents. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $150,000 - $175,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
