About The Role - You Will Seagate is looking for an experienced digital content strategist to conceptualize, produce, and distribute high-impact top-of-funnel digital content across various mediums including Seagate brand and global social media channels, our owned brand journalism site Seagate Stories, and in virtual and live events. Your goal is to work across teams to craft content that will educate, entertain, and inspire our customers, ultimately driving engagement and conversion.

You will collaborate with your peers on the social media and digital operations teams to ensure content is optimized for each channel and that the necessary resources and processes are in place to deliver this content to global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting digital content strategy informed by research, including market data, sales priorities, customer and partner listening, and content performance
  • Optimize top-of-funnel digital content across channels and ensure the necessary resources and processes are in place
  • Collaborate closely with leads of brand marketing, creative, social media, and events teams to bring content to life across mediums
  • Work in tandem with marketing campaigns lead and product marketing managers to connect user journeys from top-of-funnel through to bottom-of-funnel
  • Scale digital content globally through sales, partner teams, and local community managers so content resonates with local audiences
  • Communicate strategies and plans to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with agency partners to ideate and execute digital content
About You
  • Extensive experience in digital content strategy
  • Leading content creators, particularly writers and agency resources, in creating a cohesive digital content voice and approach
  • Experience driving a data-informed digital content program
  • Setting digital content strategy across team peers and communicating that strategy to internal stakeholders
  • Previous experience with responsibility for digital content strategy at a B2B and B2C technology company
  • Run global-to-local digital content strategies
Your Experience Includes
  • Experience running paid digital content programming including contributed articles, content syndication, and branded digital (newsletters, etc.)
Location: Remote United States; United States; This is a fully remote opportunity. The estimated base salary range for this position is $144,000 - $209,000. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Seagate offers comprehensive benefits to its eligible employees, including, but not limited to, eligibility to participate in discretionary bonus program, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-and long-term disability, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, health savings account, dependent care, and healthcare spending accounts. Seagate also offers paid time off, including 12 holidays, flexible time off provided pursuant to Seagate policy, a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave, and 16 weeks of paid parental leave. The benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location.
