What You''ll Do:
Platform Engineering & Solution Delivery. Design, build, configure, and support IT Services platforms and integrations - actively directing AI agents to accelerate solution design, configuration analysis, documentation, and implementation planning.
Production-Ready Engineering. Write and maintain readable, testable, and reliable code, configurations, workflows, and integrations; critically validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, edge cases, and long-term maintainability.
Production Support & Operational Reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex L3+ production issues across supported platforms, leveraging AI agents to correlate logs, summarize incident timelines, and generate knowledge-transfer materials.

What You'll Get:
The target hourly pay for this position is $139,500.00 - $172,300.00. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
