Your leadership will guide administrative coordination, workflow management, and operational support processes essential for maintaining a disciplined, organized, and audit-ready environment.</p> <p>In this role, you will manage a team of dedicated site support professionals, ensuring consistent service delivery across the campus in accordance with Oracle standards. You will collaborate with various teams, including Facilities Operations leadership and compliance, to enhance execution quality and maintain operational readiness in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.</p> <p><b>Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a cohesive onsite site support team focused on administrative coordination and operational processes for the data center.</li> <li>Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them grow within the organization.</li> <li>Establish standards for service quality, documentation accuracy, and process discipline.</li> <li>Oversee daily operations including scheduling, communication regarding maintenance, and document tracking.</li> <li>Ensure all operational records and documentation are accurate, current, and ready for audits.</li> <li>Distribute work effectively among the team to ensure priority tasks are handled efficiently.</li> <li>Collaborate with leadership and service teams to align scheduling and operational readiness.</li> <li>Assist in planning meetings and coordinating maintenance reviews, tracking actions, and following up on deliverables.</li> <li>Manage vendor and visitor interactions, ensuring adherence to site procedures.</li> <li>Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions across the support model.</li> <li>Utilize relevant business systems for documentation and operational support effectively.</li> <li>Support onboarding and training of new site support personnel, emphasizing professionalism and service standards.</li> <li>Provide regular updates to site leadership on workload and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Help adapt and scale site-support functions in response to growing operational demands.</li> </ul> <p><b>Ideal Candidate Profile</b></p> <ul> <li>Experience: 6-10 years in site administration, facilities coordination, or related support roles.</li> <li>Leadership: 2-4+ years managing coordinators or support staff is preferred.</li> <li>Industry Knowledge: Background in critical environments such as data centers, healthcare, or manufacturing is a plus.</li> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent experience is valued.</li> </ul> <p><b>Skills and Competencies</b></p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership and team development skills.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Commitment to maintaining accurate records and processes.</li> <li>Service-oriented with strong professionalism and follow-through.</li> <li>Capability to improve workflows and set execution standards.</li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred Skills / Certifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with CMMS, ServiceNow, or similar operational tools.</li> <li>Experience in facilities operations or maintenance coordination.</li> <li>Background in maintaining audit-ready documentation in high-accountability settings.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools is desired.</li> <li>Exposure to data center operations preferred.</li> </ul> <p><b>Job Location: Abilene, TX (on-site).
