(Nasdaq: TRIP), include a portfolio of travel brands and businesses, including Tripadvisor, Viator, and TheFork.<br>As a key member of our B2B Strategy & Operations and Supply Acquisition team, the Senior Business Operations Manager, Global Markets will operate as a high-impact individual contributor shaping how we identify, prioritize, and execute global growth opportunities. You will own the insights that inform strategy and the cross-functional programs that turn those insights into measurable impact.<br>What You’ll Do In this high-impact IC role, you will shape global priorities by identifying the most material growth opportunities across markets, segments, and initiatives and mobilize cross-functional teams to act on them.<br>Partner with leadership to define and operationalize the global strategic roadmap, including annual planning, OKRs, investment trade-offs, and performance targets.<br>Lead large, highly cross-functional initiatives that improve how we plan, launch, and scale global programs from early hypothesis development through execution and post-mortem analysis.<br>Develop compelling narratives that synthesize complex data, market dynamics, and internal signals into clear, decision-ready insights for senior leadership.<br>Build and own scalable dashboards, forecasting models, and business reviews that surface leading indicators and translate performance signals into concrete action plans.<br>Establish structured feedback loops that ensure insights from analytics directly inform product prioritization, go-to-market strategies, and resource allocation.<br>Proactively identify and size opportunities to accelerate global growth: whether through market expansion, process redesign, tooling enhancements, automation, or AI-enabled decision support—and lead pilots through rollout.<br>Skills & Experience 7-12 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or a similar highly analytical role within a global or high-growth environment.<br>Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional company level initiatives from insight to execution with measurable business impact.<br>Exceptional analytical capability, including strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar tools to build robust dashboards, forecasts, and performance diagnostics.<br>Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured frameworks, clear analyses, and actionable recommendations.<br>Experience building executive-ready narratives that connect data, strategy, and operational realities.<br>Practical understanding of workflow automation, AI-driven tools that improve decision-making velocity and operational effectiveness.<br>Experience with working with senior leadership, with strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams around data-backed priorities.<br>High ownership mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action in fast-moving environments.<br>Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.<br>Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset.<br>What We Offer Competitive compensation packages (routinely benchmarked against the latest industry data), including base salary and annual bonuses.<br>“Work your way” with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
