About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Data Strategy and Governance (DSG) team. This role will provide support an Application Business Owner (ABO) role for Home Lending applications and compliance with Enterprise policies related to both data and application management. The DSG team fulfills the Enterprise defined ABO role. ABO is a required role for all applications registered in the company’s Remedy Asset Management system. The Application Business Owner has a variety of roles and responsibilities which are not static. The ABO roles and responsibilities must adapt to changes in policy and application requirements, but at the heart of the role is a responsibility to drive compliance activities for their applications, included compliance with data management; application lifecycle management; records management; access management; information security; risk & regulatory reporting; business continuity; and RCSA policies In this role, you will: Manage requests and perform support functions that evidence compliance with 14+ Enterprise policies and procedures. Build relationships with business partners at all levels both within and outside of Home Lending Collaborate with functional business partners and management to provide support for initiative deliverables related to data management and risk mitigation. Responsible for proactively identifying potential risks when implementing change and communicating risks to management. Participate in cross-organizational initiatives to review, define, enhance, and document our processes, procedures, and controls. Maintain stakeholder relations with key partner groups and various teams across the organization. Requirements

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Knowledge of and experience with key HL applications: MSP, LO SHAW, CORE, CMIE
