Senior Associate, HRIS Oracle - Performance and Talent Modules

<p>Join Grant Thornton as a Senior Associate in HRIS Oracle, focusing on the Performance Management and Talent Modules. This role is essential in supporting our Oracle Cloud HCM Talent ecosystem, providing effective solutions and continuous improvement for our employee lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with People & Culture stakeholders to optimize daily system operations and enhance the overall experience for employees and managers.</p> <p><b>Position Highlights:</b></p> <ul> <li>Utilize your expertise in Oracle Performance Management and Journeys to provide hands-on functional support and streamline processes.</li> <li>Manage the administration of critical performance components, including goals and feedback cycles, ensuring alignment with business requirements.</li> <li>Enhance the onboarding experience by configuring Oracle Journeys to improve employee interactions and satisfaction.</li> </ul> <p><b>Your Contributions Will Include:</b></p> <ul> <li><i>Performance Management:</i> Overseeing the ongoing functionality of Oracle's Performance Management tools, troubleshooting issues, and supporting annual performance processes.</li> <li><i>Oracle Journeys:</i> Creating user-friendly, role-based journeys to facilitate onboarding and other talent-related processes.</li> <li><i>Operational Support:</i> Conducting routine HRIS activities and participating in quarterly release support to ensure data integrity.</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li> <li>4+ years of HRIS and Oracle HCM experience.</li> <li>Strong grasp of HR processes and ability to translate them into effective Oracle configurations.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred qualifications include experience in Succession Planning and Career Development modules and familiarity with OTBI. Actual compensation will be based on multiple factors, including relevant skills, experience, and business needs.
