This role is end-to-end: <strong>product research, supplier sourcing, pricing, listings, optimization, logistics, and scaling.</strong> We need someone who has “done it all” before and can operate independently with minimal direction—initially as a hands-on owner, with the opportunity to build a small team over time.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the full Amazon FBA lifecycle: product discovery, sourcing, launch, optimization, and scale</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify winning products and categories using strong business judgment (margin, demand, competition, operational feasibility)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and manage supplier relationships (vendors/wholesalers/manufacturers), negotiate pricing and terms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and optimize listings (SEO, A+ content direction, images/creative briefs, conversion improvements)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage pricing strategy, promos, inventory planning, and replenishment to avoid stockouts/overstock</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Oversee FBA operations and, where needed, coordinate FBM/3PL/warehouse workflows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track performance (sales, TACoS/ACoS, contribution margin, inventory health) and execute improvements<br></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">6+ years owning or leading Amazon FBA businesses with clear scaling outcomes (revenue, margin, and operational stability)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven product/category selection expertise and supplier sourcing experience (vendor/wholesaler relationships)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of FBA operations (and working knowledge of FBM/3PL logistics is a plus)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to run an Amazon store end-to-end independently with minimal direction</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Non-negotiable:</strong> Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar); and ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. <em>Applications without this will not be considered.<br></em></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep experience in at least one: Home & Garden, Tools, or Electronics (or similarly competitive physical goods categories)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience “rebooting” or turning around an Amazon account/store and building a pipeline of new listings</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">People leadership experience and interest in hiring/managing a small team over time<br></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM workflows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keyword and market research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ads and reporting (Amazon Ads Console, basic analytics dashboards)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Productivity/collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana/Trello)<br><br><strong>Please NOTE</strong></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
