Key Responsibilities

SAP RTR / Controlling Expertise
  • Lead and support SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) and Controlling processes
  • Configure and optimize profit center accounting and cost center accounting
  • Ensure alignment of financial processes with business requirements
Implementation & Delivery
  • Participate in both greenfield and brownfield SAP implementations
  • Support system design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with finance, business, and IT stakeholders
  • Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Provide functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements
  • Support ongoing improvements in financial reporting and controlling processes

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP RTR and Controlling
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
– Profit Center Accounting

– Cost Center Accounting

  • Proven experience in SAP implementations (greenfield and brownfield)

Domain Experience

  • Experience in SAP IS-U or utilities industry is preferred

Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
  • Exposure to financial reporting and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
