This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong operational mindset who thrives behind the scenes — keeping systems clean, processes running smoothly, and the sales team focused on closing. Experience in the education sector is a strong advantage.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and up-to-date records</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the sales team with administrative tasks including contract preparation, proposals, and sales documentation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance dashboards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications between the sales team and prospects or clients</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to delivery or account management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage inbound inquiries and route them appropriately within the sales team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain and organize sales collateral, templates, and shared resources</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and flag process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Liaise with marketing, operations, and <em>finance</em> teams to support the full sales cycle</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM — managing pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data integrity</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior remote work experience with strong fluency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar); candidates without prior remote experience will not be considered</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in or exposure to the education sector (EdTech, training, e-learning, or academic services)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience supporting or managing a sales team in a senior or lead capacity</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with sales enablement tools, proposal software, or document management platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to CRM administration, workflow automation, or sales operations functions</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">HubSpot CRM (required)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Google Workspace or Microsoft 365</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Slack, Zoom, and task management tools (Asana, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Monday.com">Monday.com</a>, or similar)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">VoIP and communication platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Document and proposal tools<br><br><strong>Please NOTE</strong> It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
