With strong momentum and a growing customer base, we’re expanding our sales leadership team to match the pace.</p><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">As <strong>SaaS Sales Team Lead</strong>, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of Account Executives, refining outbound strategy, and directly contributing to pipeline growth and key account wins. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments and knows how to build scalable revenue engines.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead and mentor a team of AEs to hit and exceed quota</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Roll up your sleeves on outbound strategy and sales execution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use Gong to coach and continuously improve team performance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Marketing and Product on positioning and outreach</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and HubSpot</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Close enterprise deals while supporting reps in complex negotiations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help grow the team through hiring, onboarding, and performance development</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with 2+ years managing reps</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience closing $100K+ deals in multi-stakeholder sales cycles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expertise using modern sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Gong.io">Gong.io</a>)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong leadership skills with a history of exceeding team quotas</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work collaboratively across departments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Must be available to work Eastern Time hours</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Startup sales leadership background</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Success selling to marketing, data, or analytics buyers</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.</p>
