This role is responsible for building structured training programs, managing and coaching <em>SDR</em> teams, and ensuring operational excellence across <em>sales</em> enablement processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in <em>sales</em> leadership, understands outbound <em>sales</em> motions, and is highly operational, tech-savvy, and process-driven.<br></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the <em>onboarding</em> and training of all new <em>SDR</em> hires in a BPO/<em>call</em> center <em>sales</em> environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design, develop, and continuously improve <em>sales</em> <em>training and enablement</em> programs, including <em>onboarding</em>, product knowledge, <em>sales</em> methodology, and performance improvement modules</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create structured work modules and training content within an LMS platform</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage, coach, and mentor SDRs and team <em>leads</em> to drive performance, quality, and consistency</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build, manage, and maintain lead lists in collaboration with <em>sales</em> and operations teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure SDRs are trained on lead management, outreach sequencing, and <em>CRM</em> best practices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with <em>sales</em> leadership to align training programs with performance goals and KPIs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement and optimize operational processes, workflows, and <em>sales</em> enablement automations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor <em>SDR</em> performance metrics and provide targeted coaching and retraining as needed</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as a subject matter expert on <em>sales</em> development best practices within a BPO environment</p></li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior experience in a <em>sales</em> management, supervisor, or team lead role within a BPO, <em>call</em> center, or high-volume <em>sales</em> environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience training, coaching, and managing <em>SDR</em> or inside <em>sales</em> teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of <em>sales</em> development roles, outbound prospecting, and lead management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated ability to create structured training programs, work modules, and enablement content</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Operationally strong with the ability to design, follow, and enforce repeatable processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High level of technical proficiency and comfort working with LMS platforms, CRMs, and <em>sales</em> tools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Non-negotiable:</strong> Must have prior experience working in a fully remote environment, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK-based companies.
