This role is suited for candidates with 1–2 years of <em>sales</em> or <em>SDR</em> experience who are confident in outbound <em>cold calling</em> and prospecting. The <em>SDR</em> will focus on generating qualified meetings and building a pipeline for the <em>sales</em> team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Eligibility Requirement:</strong><br>Candidates <strong>must</strong> be graduates of one of the following universities:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>American University in Cairo (Fifth Settlement)</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Coventry University (New Capital)</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>German University in Cairo (GUC)</strong></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute outbound prospecting through <em>cold calls</em>, emails, and social outreach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying intent.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Schedule</em> qualified meetings for Account Executives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in the <em>CRM</em>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Meet or exceed activity and performance targets (<em>calls</em>, conversations, meetings booked).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Research target accounts and contacts to personalize outreach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with <em>sales</em> leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.</p></li></ul><h2><br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> from one of the following institutions only:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">American University in Cairo (Fifth Settlement)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coventry University (New Capital)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">German University in Cairo (GUC)</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>1–2 years of experience</strong> in <em>sales</em> or an <em>SDR</em> role with hands-on outbound <em>cold calling</em>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong spoken and written English communication skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience using <em>CRM</em> systems (e.g., <em>Salesforce</em>, <em>HubSpot</em>) and <em>sales</em> tools.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and rejection.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong organization, time management, and self-discipline skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Non-negotiable:</strong> Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with <strong>US or UK–based companies</strong>. Applications without this experience will not be considered.</p></li></ul><h2><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in <em>B2B</em> or SaaS <em>sales</em> environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with <em>sales</em> engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, etc.).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience selling into international or global markets.</p></li></ul><h2><br><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>CRM</em>: <em>Salesforce</em>, <em>HubSpot</em>, or similar</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Sales</em> Engagement: Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or similar</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Communication: Slack, Zoom</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Productivity: Google Workspace, Notion, or similar<br><br><strong>Please NOTE</strong> It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
