As a Retail Crew Member, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellent service, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store floor and display areas

  • Restock shelves and ensure product availability

  • Operate POS systems to manage cash and card transactions efficiently

  • Support promotional activities and in-store events

  • Report any customer issues or inventory concerns to the supervisor

  • Uphold company brand standards and customer service policies

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE N

  •  Level or equivalent

  • Good spoken English; knowledge of a second language is a plus

  • Basic computer literacy (for using POS and inventory systems)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail

  • Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods

Experience

  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage but not required

  • Freshers and students are welcome to apply — full training will be provided

Working Hours

  • Flexible 4-hour shifts available:

    • Morning (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

    • Afternoon (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

    • Evening (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

  • Weekend and holiday availability is a plus
