ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: <ul> <li>Greets and seats guests as quickly as possible, presents them with menus and answers questions regarding meal preparation as the expert representative for the restaurant. </li> <li>Makes meal and drink suggestions as needed uses suggestive selling techniques. </li> <li>Takes order, presents check to the kitchen staff. </li> <li>Records all sales using appropriate cash register and follows all cash handling procedures.
