Job Description

NTK Group is seeking a highly diligent and detail-oriented Remote Supply Chain Data Entry Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this crucial remote role, you will play an integral part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our supply chain data, directly contributing to the smooth operation of our extensive agricultural and retail network across Limpopo and beyond. As a Remote Supply Chain Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, verifying, and updating a vast array of supply chain information, including inventory levels, order details, shipment tracking, supplier information, and delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities

  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to data management protocols.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries from supply chain data as required by management or other departments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, sales) to clarify data points or resolve data-related issues.
  • Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and security policies.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes and tools.
  • Manage time effectively to meet daily data entry targets and deadlines in a remote work environment.
