  • Looking for two content writers to support our content strategy team and partners.
  • Candidates should have experience crafting long-form content for the financial category, including SEO-optimized articles, landing pages, and knowledge base content.
  • Must be able to deliver content that is aligned with audience needs, brand voice, and compliance standards.
  • Candidates should also have the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, user-focused content, collaborate well across teams and consistently deliver quality work on time.

OVERVIEW:
  • Responsible for marketing assignments for assigned area which may include the development, creation, and implementation of advertising, promotional, and marketing support materials and programs, and market research procedures and strategies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive requests for highly visible and strategic advertising, promotional and marketing support (campaigns, flyers, ads, postcards, etc.) from bank businesses and departments.
  • Develop, create and specify advertising copy and layout recommendations for client approval to cost effectively meet the objectives and meet client approval.
  • Assist in the design of market research projects and in the determination of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, promotions and public relation activities.
  • Collect, evaluate and analyze data on customers, competitors, and product and services markets to estimate market penetration and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare intermediate reports on various analysis of present and potential markets.
  • Prepare, produce and implement marketing support materials. Design sampling procedures, construction of questionnaires, and tabulation of specifications.
  • Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
  • Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
  • Bachelors and 1 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
