What You'll Do - Make 100-150 outbound calls per shift to patients regarding their screening kits. - Educate callers on the importance and benefits of preventive health screenings. - Explain how early detection can help prevent or identify colon disease and colon cancer. - Identify and help resolve barriers preventing patients from returning their kits. - Provide clear, accurate information using a consultative approach. - Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting performance expectations. - Effectively de-escalate concerns and create positive patient experiences.
