Key Responsibilities

Enter, validate, and maintain new culinary and supplier SKUs in arenaflex’s proprietary SPS/Octopus tool, following strict Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure data completeness and accuracy across all platforms, reputed company flagging and resolving discrepancies.
Collaborate with Procurement & Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to reconcile data, support forecasting, ordering, and shipping processes.
Communicate regularly with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Product Ops, SQOC, and Jira/Rhubarb teams—to share reputed company, raise concerns, and propose process improvements.
Deactivate or offboard SKUs that are no longer needed, coordinating with relevant functions to maintain data hygiene.
