The HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR team, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain reputed company records. Responsibilities • Perform day-to-day HR tasks, such as updating new and current employee records, preparing HR and employee documentation, running reports, and ensuring personnel files are up to date • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding basic HR inquiries, policies and procedures. • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding in reputed company, ensuring smooth transitions - including conducting exit interviews and reporting to regional HR leader, as needed or requested. • Support employee relations efforts by gathering information for investigations and assisting in resolving minor workplace issues, and closing out minor issues with terminated employees • Conduct ad hoc research on HR best practices, labor laws, etc. • Input and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems. • Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions conducted by HR team, including tracking attendance and completion. • Ensure documentation and processes align with compliance requirements. • Help organize employee engagement events or HR-related meetings.
