[Remote] Financial Advisor

The Openwork Partnership is seeking a Financial Advisor to deliver compliant, client-focused financial advice to an established portfolio. The role involves managing client relationships, providing holistic financial planning advice, and ensuring compliance with advice standards. Responsibilities Provide regulated financial advice Adhere to Openwork's advice standard Manage and service an existing client bank, conducting annual reviews and maintaining ongoing client relationship Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, and protection Identify additional advice opportunities within the client base and via referral Ensure all advice is compliant, well-documented, and aligned with Consumer Duty obligation Collaborate with the administration teams to ensure smooth case progression Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM and back-office system Contribute to the firm’s wider business objectives through consistent delivery and professional conduct Skills Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential Minimum 12 months experience providing regulated financial advice Strong technical understanding of pensions, investments, taxation and protection Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Highly organised with a client-centric approach and attention to detail Experience within The Openwork Partnership network – desirable but not essential Benefits Bonus Linked to advice activity and ongoing client servicing and quality metrics Private Medical Cover Death in Service Employer Pension Contribution Company Overview The Openwork Partnership is a provider of financial advice services.
