We are expanding our nationwide driver recruiting team and looking for motivated, self-managed people who know how to communicate, follow up, and get results.

This is a remote 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried or hourly employee position.

You determine when and where you work. Your compensation is performance-based, so there is no preset cap on commissions.

COMPENSATION

Recruiters earn commissions for successful driver hires.

Typically $500–$1,000 commission per qualified hire, depending on the available position/account
Additional performance bonuses may be available
No preset commission ceiling
