What You'll Do

As a Ding A Ling Customer Service Agent, you will:

Professionally answer calls for a variety of businesses.
Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
Gather accurate information from callers.
Deliver detailed and accurate messages.
Follow each client's customized instructions.
Represent our clients with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.
Help callers feel heard, respected, and cared for.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have:

Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Accurate typing skills.
A dedicated Windows 11 computer.
Reliable hardwired high-speed internet (Wi-Fi is not permitted during working hours).
A quiet, professional home office free from distractions.
The ability to learn multiple software applications.
The ability to work with your webcam on during your shift. We provide the webcam. Our team works together throughout the day using Google Meet, allowing supervisors to provide real-time support, answer questions, collaborate, and maintain the close-knit culture that sets Ding A Ling apart.

Previous answering service or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
