<p>Staff Today is seeking a local contract nurse Correctional for a local contract nursing job in St. Peter, Minnesota.</p>Job Description & Requirements<ul><li>Specialty: <strong>Correctional</strong></li><li>Discipline: <strong>RN</strong></li><li>Duration: <strong>13 weeks</strong></li><li><strong>36 hours per week</strong></li><li>Shift: <strong>12 hours, days, evenings, rotating</strong></li><li>Employment Type: <strong>Local Contract</strong></li></ul><p><p>Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a <strong>Registered Nurse</strong> to work at a facility in<strong> St. Peter, MN. </strong>These are <em>registry</em> positions with our company.<br><br><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$ 49.48 / hour</p><p> </p><p><strong>Shift:</strong></p><ul><li>Full time Day / Evening – rotating shift<br> </li><li>One 13-week extension opportunity may be available</li><li>Full time, day/evening rotation or full time overnights.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Description</strong></p><p>Work cooperatively and participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team utilize person-centered thinking, positive behavior supports, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care to prevent and respond to patient situations. Comply with all safety and health standards, laws, regulations, policies, procedures and protocols in order to ensure that all applicable environmental standards are met so that a safe, clean humane environment is provided for all patients and staff. Provide person-centered, trauma informed, culturally sensitive, professional nursing care so that the physical and emotional needs of each patient are met. Implement the treatment plan and document results of interventions to assist patients in accomplishing their individual goals. Facilitate the care and documentation of care of the patient, from admission through discharge. Oversee and follow the medication administration policies and processes to ensure medications are delivered sagely and in accordance with all regulatory guidelines.
