This role leads site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals, optimize funnel performance, and deliver an excellent patient experience. The Regional Recruitment Lead designs and executes regional enrollment strategies, ensures timely follow-up of all patient leads, and partners closely with corporate and site teams using a data-driven, hands-on leadership approach to consistently meet performance and revenue targets.<br><br><span style="color:#2b333a;"><span style="font-style:normal;"><span
