Through our collaboration and alignment, we are greater than the sum of our parts.</p> <p>Our Regional Marketing Managers are strategically located in key source markets to support our Global Recruitment Team (GRT) and our extensive agent network in achieving both regional and divisional targets. The Regional Marketing Manager provides valuable source market insights to aid in developing brand awareness and direct-to-consumer campaigns. They do this through sales and event enablement, social media and digital media campaigns, PR, email marketing and more.</p> <p><strong>Job specification</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a full-time Regional Marketing Manager with experience in digital campaigns and comms planning and management, PR, social media marketing, events and customer marketing &#8211; across both business and consumer audiences.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be outcomes focused, driven, collaborative and will have worked across the sales funnel. They will be equally at ease with creative development, marketing techniques from awareness to conversion and basing decisions and improvements based on data.</p> <p>Ownership of annual regional/national marketing strategy &amp; plans</p> <p>Together with the GRT leadership and regional marketing experts, the role leads on developing directional and accountable regional and national marketing strategies and plans for Africa, MENA, and Central Asian markets with a view of supporting and furthering brand objectives and sales targets.</p> <p>Ownership of market &amp; customer insights</p> <p>The incumbent owns market, student and agent insights generation and collation that inform strategic planning and activities including campaign development, conversion activities etc. This includes monitoring regional trends, analysing campaign performance data, and gathering feedback from key stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are relevant, targeted, and effective.</p> <p>Sales enablement and support for global recruitment team and agents</p> <p>You will collaborate closely with the Head of Regional Marketing, other Regional Marketing Managers, and the Central Marketing Team to effectively support the Global Recruitment Team (GRT). This includes responding to requests for event and campaign support, while also proactively identifying opportunities to meet regional, national, partner, intake, and programme-specific targets. A key focus will be on developing comms plans that drive agent engagement and student sign-ups. This could mean:</p> <p>Agent communications: Delivering branded comms through social media, email marketing, events and direct marketing with a focus on building strong relationships and creating long-lasting co-branded marketing materials.<br /> Event management support: Supporting GRT with event activation, setting success metrics, preparing relevant marketing material, attending events alongside other members of the regional team, and tracking performance etc.<br /> Webinars: calendar and theme development across the sales funnel, promotion, invites, managing attendance &amp; post webinar reporting, performance tracking &amp; feedback.<br /> Collateral development: Development and supply of standard print material from brochures, flyers, banners, GRT business cards, etc. based on globally agreed designs &amp; standards.</p> <p>Local implementation of global marketing campaigns</p> <p>We often implement centrally devised campaigns and are looking to our regional managers to implement these in their markets in the most relevant ways possible.</p> <p>This may mean sharing local market knowledge re social media, planning, research (when, where, how long, location, demographics, purpose) which platforms are most effective (local social media platforms) and influencing comms plans<br /> Implementing locally e.g. Direct marketing and supplier management print mediums – best suppliers, print and supply management<br /> Media relations/PR and more</p> <p><strong>Other: Skills, Abilities, Personal Qualities</strong></p> <p>Basic design skills with working knowledge of InDesign, and Canva<br /> Good working knowledge of digital media campaigns and social media management<br /> Budget management<br /> Experience in the education sector is a plus<br /> Data driven decision making<br /> Resilience, gravitas and results orientation<br /> Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage<br /> Time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a range of competing demands<br /> Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders<br /> Attention to detail and commitment to quality and excellence</p> <p>This job description is provided as a guide to the role.
