Recruiting Scheduler, Contract
Overview
Scale is looking for a Recruiting Scheduler, Contractor (6-month contract) based in New York to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You’ll work directly with hiring partners, recruiters, and candidates to create a personal and creative recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across multiple time zones (including international)
- Handle all cancellations and reschedule interviews promptly and efficiently
- Communicate changes to relevant parties and update internal systems accordingly
- Act independently to resolve scheduling conflicts and challenges
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Tackle challenges with grit and determination, proactively finding solutions
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Maintain a highly organized and process-driven approach to work, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The base salary range for this full-time position in the listed locations is $75,000—$90,000 USD. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, generous PTO, and potentially additional benefits such as a commuter stipend. Specific salary range and eligibility for equity will be shared by your recruiter during the hiring process.
