The ideal candidate will manage end to end interview scheduling and our new hire onboarding process, as well as source prospective candidates to support Recruiters in building robust pipelines across searches, all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role interacts with all levels of the company to successfully execute the recruitment process as well as special projects.<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams with speed and accuracy, maintaining clear communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Own high-volume, real-time scheduling across multiple US time zones, requiring availability during core US working hours and same-day responsiveness to changes in interviewer and candidate availability.</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring every candidate interaction is customer-focused and that each candidate has a great experience interviewing and communicating with the Angi team.</li><li>Manage onboarding logistics for new hires, including welcome communications, background check coordination, offer letter verification, and onboarding session scheduling.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding activities specifically for US-based hires, including alignment with US-specific processes, vendors, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Source and engage prospective candidates for assigned searches, building quality pipeline to support recruiters in placing top talent at Angi.</li></ul>Who you are<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>You have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced company environment.
